acseatsri	posted 04-22-2015 06:52 AM ET (US)         On a boat which has twin outboard engines on it now, there are separate battery systems for each engine. I'm [removing the twin engines, adding a single main engine, and] adding a 9.9 kicker with its own 12-Ampere charging system. I'm going to [change the battery switch system] to an OFF-1-BOTH-2 battery switch, and a separate switch to feed and charge from the kicker.
