I've gone to the fall boat show the last thee years, it will be better this year because the Cut above Dauntless will be there.
Who's going?

When the weather is good, and the president is not in town, that's a great show.

Yea, Buch was in town last year.
I did not have a prolbem though, I came by boat!
I tie up my whaler near Jimmies harbor side and walk over to the show. It saves on parking and I'll bet I'm the only one there that comes by boat!!
I'll be going by boat again this fall, you gonna be their, doobee?

I will be there on Saturday with my wife and daughter. Plan to go late morning. Will be looking at 21'- 24'W/A style boats. Will spend a little time outside looking at the "Big Boy's" at the docks. I alway's look forward to the show's but feel sad that the boating season is coming to an end. I plan to leave the boat on the mooring through mid November as long the weather holds out. This has been the shortest summer I can recall!

Did anyone else get an invite to the unsinkable legend finale? Being that Boston is the birthplace of Whaler, they are having a lunch/meet the captains/raffle on the 5th to close out the unsinkable legend tour. Michael Myers, Whaler's president will be on hand as well.

I usally hear an ad on the radio saying the dates, I have not caught them this year.
What are the dates that it will be here?
Last year I went with my uncle, Since my dad is now in market for a 18-Dauntless I think He'll be going this year, so I'll be with him.. . . .I just don't know on witch day.

I generally avoid boat shows on the weekends, but it might be fun to crash this Unsinkable Legends party.
Is Michael Myers the same guy who was VP of Marketing back in the early '90s?

You'll be happy to know that I received word today that Whaler is planning to unveil the new 110 at the show-

Sweat, I really want to see the new 11'.
Thats just another reason for me to try to get there.
I can't say yet though, I may be a no show. My fauther has been very busy, as the date moves closer I'll be able to let you guys know.
If I don't go someone has got to get pictures of the 110, I'll bet Jim would like them for the site.

The show started yesterday(Thurs.) and runs through Sunday. The whaler event is Sunday at noon, at their in-water booth.
I'm not sure if anyone can go, I was told to bring the invite...
