Is the Conquest 255 the same boat as the 235, just renamed, or is it a totally different boat? |

The boats are completely different. The 255’s hull weight is roughly 1300 lbs more than the 23. The 255’s hull is also 3 inches wider and about a couple of feet longer. Go to Whaler.com to see the 255. If you want to see a 23 conquest: “bsmotril” is a proud owner of a beautiful 23 and he has gifted us with many excellent pictures of his boat on his own homepage. The link in his CW profile. http://home.austin.rr.com/smohome There are many 23 owners here that can answer any 23 questions |

Seems like the 235 was a popular boat. Any ideas on why they quit making them? |

Interesting, My 1998 23' Conquest capacities plate is rated for 12 people. Funny how the manual is different. Tully Mars |

Difference between 2002 & 2003 255 Conquest is 3" in beam. Thats due to the fact that for 2003 Whaler measured to the outside of the rubrail to rubrail pick up the extra 3". |
