Seadweller	posted 07-01-2004 03:49 PM ET (US)      Greetings, What is the approximate range of a 13' Sport with a 40HP Merc. 2-stroke, using the standard 6 gallon tank? Either that, or what is the typical burn rate (GPH) of the Merc engine? Thanks!
sanjaun2	posted 07-01-2004 08:30 PM ET (US)             depends on your speed and water conditions, I avg around 5-6 mpg at 3400-4400 rpm. Being heavily loaded will also take a chunk out of your economy also.
