Tom W Clark	posted 06-19-2006 04:41 PM ET (US)             Michael, Please stop using ALL CAPS. Capital letters are good at the beginning of sentences and the beginning of proper nouns. A 19" prop is typically correct for an Outrage 21 and a 200 HP OMC motor. I would expect a top speed of over 45 MPH at 5000-5500 RPM with such a set up. If you are only able to see 33 MPH at 4000 RPM, something is wrong with your motor. My first thought it is only running on four cylinders.
