ivansfo	posted 09-09-2006 01:23 AM ET (US)             I believe the compartment under the port side rear seats is already plumbed to be a livewell if you have the fishing package. The starboard side compartment is identical and can be plumbed too with a new pump and minimal work. What exact upgrade are you interested in doing?
frmontoya	posted 09-11-2006 04:32 PM ET (US)             I've read articles that round or circular wells are better. In addition, have the water intake at more than one point is optimal. I was envisioning a entirely new system/set up.
ivansfo	posted 09-13-2006 01:41 AM ET (US)             Circular and oval livewells are certainly better for bait. I have seen one 23 Conquest when I was boat shopping with an oval tank mounted on the swim platform. Other than that one I think everyone just uses the factory rigged livewell under the port seats. When I plumbed my 2nd livewell, I wanted a separate water pickup too but cutting another thru-hull was not something I want to do with the boat. So I just used a T-fitting to tap into the existing water pickup. Good luck.
