posted 05-21-2008 03:02 PM ET (US)         I have an upholstered seat back with the BW logo, quilted white vinyl w/ 2" of padding, runs the entire width of the boat. The hardware is included for installation, stainless bolts, etc. for attachment to the seat. This is in very good condition, pretty much ready to go.
