glen e	posted 06-28-2008 11:05 PM ET (US)             if this is paint on top of gelcoat, try EZ off oven cleaner...works every time - be ready for a "shadow" to exist where the #'s were and re wax after washing down with dawn diswashing detergent after the oven cleaner...I've done this on mnay boats...
