Who supplied the scuppers for the 1999 Conquest 21 foot. The dealer is telling me that I need to replace the whole system-tube and all, when all I need are the rubber flaps and the ring that holds them on. Any info will be appreciated.

I replaced mine long ago with stainless, but I believe they were originally Perko.

I have three Perko #0365DP, new-in-box.

Check them out via google. If they'll work for you send me an email.

You can just go to your local boating store and match up replacements from the originals. Thats what i did with my 1997 23 conquest

The boat is overseas, so I was hoping to get a part number from a forum member.

Thru-Hull, Plas 2" Scup w. Flap - #0628081, http://www.whalerparts.com/Diagrams/1999/210%20Conquest/pb210cq2.pdf.

Looks like it is the whole unit though - http://www.whalerparts.com/Diagrams/1999/210%20Conquest/pb210cq1.pdf

tesija - If you just want the "valve" this may be it:

Scupper Valve

That "valve" goes with the below, which was an exact replacement for one on my 1999 Conquest 21 so it should fit on your boat too. Stainless or bronze would, of course, be 'better' but I didn't want to have to replace all scuppers when only one needed it.

Thru-Transom Acetal Scupper

If you decide to replace the whole scupper, suggest you also have a couple new stainless hose clamps on hand.

Good luck, aloha.

Go with stainless, you'll be glad you did. I did all three of mine and the bilge pump outlet.

I just had one of the flappers go on my 2006 210

The whole head sheared off leaving just the tube, looks like brittle fracture.

The flapper was screwed into the flange on the scupper

I looked at Perko and Attwood but it seems quite hard to find the replacement as BW seem to use ones with a smaller shank than the ones typicaly shown online

My fishbox pump-out has a threaded elbow directly attached to complicate it further

I would also suggest going to S/S

Regards
Steve

I changed every thru hull with Orcas Stainless. Great products. I think Southco recently acquired Orcas.
