[Apparently directed only to a single reader:] Tom: My trim tabs are Bennett Hydraulic 9" x 9". They are sufficient for this size boat. I am able to trim out any uneven loads of coolers and people without asking everyone to shuffle from side to side however, they are a little too small to make the bow plow into a head sea. I don’t think there is room for wider then 9”. You’ll have to measure the location. As for the raw water washdown water pickup, it is located on the port side in front of and on the hull about 1' in from the transom. Bella; Raw water washdown was possibly another project. Where's the pickup on the hull??? Underneath or backside? Much Thanks |

Greetings Bella; Thanks for the info. It appears the tabs cant stick out further than 9" because of the swim platform, but after a few searches 12" wide might be the ideal size. I do need the tabs though on this boat, hate that lobsided feeling when driving with a few people on board. |

Is this supposed to be in reply to some other thread? What boat is meant by "this size boat"? |

I'm sorry Jim, I started a new thread for the question related to trim tabs. "necessary evil's" original post requesting information on live well plumbing had an additional post requesting information on my boat named Bella and 23con for 23 foot Conquest. I should have made that clear to "tom976". |
