Cannot be, Government says there is no inflation.

Can you give some examples? The only price I was previously familiar with was the price for the 235 Conquest, and that does not appear to have been recently changed.

The price of accessories has also gone up ex.- a bimini for a 130SS went from $999.00 to $1091.00 this week, along with many other accessories . Trust me I have been checking.

Sometime during the course of the day today they raised the base price of the 235 Conquest by more than $2,000.

Whaler's going to price themselves right out of business...

I'll stick with what I've got...

What has that got to do with luxury goods producer raising its prices?

Boston Whalers are expensive, no doubt. I hope that BW continues to sell expensive boats even during the recession. That will keep them...and their dealer network in business. But at some point I agree, they will price themselves out of business.

And... if they do, thank goodness Boston Whaler boat are so well made that used ones will be functional for a long time.
