Give me advice on how to restore a 1988 OUTRAGE 20 with 2003 HONDA 225-HP engine as my first project of this type.

BACKSTORY
I just purchased a 1988 OUTRAGE 20 with a 2003 HONDA 225-HP engine.

The engine runs beautifully. The hull needs sanding and filling.
