Q1: where can drawings be found that have sufficient detail to allow machining of Delrin or HDPE replacement parts for the two components of the seat shown below in Figure 1 of a [unidentified model year] OUTRAGE 17 II?

Apparent in Figure 1 are the two components you are asking about.

Q2: Why can't you use the existing components as templates to make replacements?

Hi Jim,

I could, but I keep my boat about 300 miles from where I live, and only get there on holidays. I was hoping to make the parts before I next went there, but Plan B is to measure them next time and then it will all be fixed the time after that...
